JOAKIM ROSENBERG
Joa was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. He started his tattoo apprenticeship in Fort Walton Beach, Florida in 2013 and continued tattooing while spending some time back home in Sweden. He made the big move to Portland, Oregon in 2016 and has enjoyed calling the city his home for the past eight years. Joa enjoys tattooing all styles but particularly appreciates American traditional and traditional Japanese inspired pieces. After moving to Southwest Portland with his wife and son, Joa set out to find the perfect location for a tattoo shop, and is now the proud owner of Hillsdale’s finest, Liberty Rose Tattoo.

Vincent Daniels
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Vincent grew up around the film industry. When he realized the Hollywood life wasn’t for him, a trip to England helped motivate him into pursuing tattooing. After apprenticing/working in Southern California, he eventually moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2022.
Vincent is a versatile tattoo artist capable of many styles. His work is a blend of Traditional, Neo Traditional, Black and Grey Illustrative, Japanese, and Ornamental Blackwork.
Whether it’s custom, flash, cover-up or blast-over, Vincent loves trying to help guide and collaborate with clients make the best possible decision. If there’s something a client wants that they don’t see on his page, there’s a high chance he can draw it.
